Hitler's opinion about iPAD
I was browsing around
youtube looking for something worthwhile to watch. I came across a series of thumbnails with Hitler's face on them. I checked out the titles and they were all about Hitler's opinion about iPad, Microsoft, Mac, and other topics. I came across the the video where Hitler was talking about the iPad.
5 months has gone by since I last posted here. I've been whacked in the head left and right, top and bottom. I've been through a lot of things. I have changed jobs already. And still I live this financially challenged life. I was able to get a better salary but still it isn't enough to provide. Aaarrggghhhh!!!!!
I'm whacked in the head again. More than a year has passed since my last post. Need to put things in order for now. Will be posting back for more whacks!

Damn! With the rate that things are going on here at Dell.. the company is slowly turning to an outsourced company... As what my fellow batchmates discussed during the time when the site is full of dust, unless the expats stays the company will be ok... But i guess the company right is deluded with pinoy managers and as we all know pinoy managers really really suck. There are really only a few pinoy callcenter managers that i know that are really good and knows what the real score is when it comes to call center employees... I never thought that dell would "just be another callcenter".... It's normal to hear people griping about how bad the company is being ran yep but what I'm seeing and hearing right now is that there is like a total disatisfaction on how things are going here at Dell... When will the agony end... when will we see the light??? A lot of people are now looking for their friend, DKA(Dell Kupal Agent).... I guess he needs to start writing again...

Work.. work.. work
Working with a big company ain't an easy task. You get to deal with very strict policies that would just literally blast you off your chair. It may be right, it may be wrong but I'll just have to deal with it. I guess it's much better than working for an outsource company. Why? Because you don't have to deal with the outsource company's metrics and the client's metrics. You're like juggling 10 balls with one hand.

I'm having problems with my video card again. My system freezes up everytime install the drivers. My video card is an Innod GeForce4 MX4000 and i have used almost all the driver versions available on nvidia's website but it just freezes up the system. I have reinstalled Windows XP w/ SP2 several times but I'm still getting the same symptoms. I guess I'll have this video card replaced. It sucks big time when you can't play even the simplest games.

Everything seems to be working perfectly with my computer now after blowing all the dirt away from the system. I practically disassembled the whole computer,
cleaned all the cards especially the video card. I was trying the vacuum the dirt and cobwebs but the vacuum cleaner can't just suck everything... so I inverted the hose for the vacuum cleaner... plugged the hose the exhaust and just practically blew out all the dirt from the mainboard, video card, HSF.... reassembled everything back and voila! it never gave me another BSOD when playing games ehehehehehe stupid me! why didn't i think of that earlier.... ehehehehehhe

Downgraded the video card drivers but i still get BSODs... so I downloaded the latest drivers, installed it then restarted the computer... BSODs were less frequent on the latest drivers... I think my video card is about to die on me.... to anybody here who has an extra video card that has hardware T&L (transform and lighting) could you donate it to me? :)
