Damn! With the rate that things are going on here at Dell.. the company is slowly turning to an outsourced company... As what my fellow batchmates discussed during the time when the site is full of dust, unless the expats stays the company will be ok... But i guess the company right is deluded with pinoy managers and as we all know pinoy managers really really suck. There are really only a few pinoy callcenter managers that i know that are really good and knows what the real score is when it comes to call center employees... I never thought that dell would "just be another callcenter".... It's normal to hear people griping about how bad the company is being ran yep but what I'm seeing and hearing right now is that there is like a total disatisfaction on how things are going here at Dell... When will the agony end... when will we see the light??? A lot of people are now looking for their friend, DKA(Dell Kupal Agent)....
